Subfloor Application Conditions (Asphalt & Concrete)

Before applying the acrylic paint and primer, both concrete and asphalt foundations must meet the following strict parameters:

• Environment: Subfloor moisture content must be below 8%. Application temperature should range between 15°C and 35°C, with a climate humidity level below 60%.
• Structural Integrity: The base must be flat, solid, and dry, with no loose areas, depressions, or unaddressed damage requiring tennis court crack repair.
• Surface Cleanliness: The foundation must be completely clean and free of debris, cement laitance, loose particles, oil, paint, grease, rubber skid marks, protective wax, or any other substances that could compromise the application.

Completion & Daily Maintenance

• Curing & Usage: Following construction at an ambient temperature of 25°C, the finish coat supports foot traffic after 2 days and allows for full athletic use after 7 days. It is strongly recommended to install safety protection facilities around the newly completed court to prevent malicious damage.
• Site Cleanup: Construction personnel must clear all remaining debris, leftover materials, containers, and wastewater. Under no circumstances should wastewater be discharged into storm drains, to avoid secondary pollution.
• Routine Maintenance: Regular cleaning minimizes dust accumulation, preserves the surface appearance, and extends the venue’s service life. Clean the TOPLUS surface by diluting a 5%-10% neutral or alkaline detergent with water.
