• Efficient Installation: A standard 670 sqm court takes only 6–9 days to complete. The surface can support foot traffic in 3 days and is fully operational in 7 days.

Subfloor Requirements & Preparation

To properly resurface tennis court facilities or build new ones, specific base preparations are required. All bases must feature a complete open-channel drainage system with a single-sided slope of 6‰–8‰, and surface flatness must not exceed a 3mm variance when measured with a 3-meter straightedge.

Base Type	Core Requirements & Preparation
Old Court Renovation	Requires a reinforced concrete base (HPB300 ￠8 rebar, 20x20cm spacing, 15-20cm thickness, C25+ strength). Ideal for projects aiming to refinish tennis court surfaces.
Asphalt Foundation	Must use Grade-A hot-melt asphalt (minimum 8cm thickness, 70°C+ softening point). Curing time: 10–12 days at room temperature before acrylic application (extended in winter).
Concrete Foundation	Requires waterproofing prior to reinforced concrete placement. Must cure for 28 days before surface application. Expansion joints must be cut at ≥6m intervals (width ≤0.5cm, depth ≤3cm).

Completion & Daily Maintenance

Post-Installation: Following construction at 25°C, the topcoat accommodates foot traffic after 2 days and full athletic use after 7 days. We recommend using safety barriers to protect the newly finished court from damage. Installers must clear all debris and responsibly dispose of wastewater, strictly avoiding discharge into storm drains to prevent secondary pollution.

Routine Maintenance: Regular cleaning minimizes dust accumulation, preserves the surface appearance, and extends the lifespan of the venue. Clean the TOPLUS surface using water diluted with a 5%–10% neutral or alkaline detergent.
