1. Main Frame Specifications

• Material: High-quality national standard steel (Q235) treated with a galvanized protective layer and pure polyester powder coating.
• Dimensions: Total ground fence height is 4000mm; embedded depth is 400mm; total column height is 4400mm.
• Standard Columns: φ76 x 3.0mm.
• Crossbars: φ60 x 2.5mm. Each side of the fence uses three crossbars of this size. The topmost diagonal column rails use φ40 x 2.0mm galvanized pipes.
• Truss Support Columns: Made of φ114 x 3.5mm and φ76 x 3.0mm galvanized pipes. The truss height from the ground is 5 meters.
• Structure: The lower 1.2m consists of zinc composite boards, while the upper 2.8m features an isolating PE soft net.
• Post Spacing: 2.5m.
• Installation Method: Direct insertion embedding.
• Color Options: Dark Green or Apple Green.

1.1 Lower Section: 1.2m Zinc Composite Boards

• Gameplay Enhancement: Designed to match cage court rules, allowing balls to bounce off the boards for tactical passing and increased gameplay fun.
• Monetization: Boards serve as premium advertising space, generating commercial revenue and reducing operational costs.
• Dimensions & Build: Height from the ground to the top of the frame is 1.2m. The zinc alloy composite board frame measures 950mm (H) x 50mm (Thickness). All four edges are wrapped in protective aluminum profiles. They are installed on both sides of a reinforced base using a secure slot connection (fasteners as illustrated).

1.2 Upper Section: 2.8m Soft Netting

• Net Specs: Utilizes 6mm diameter PE black knotless woven netting with a 100 x 100mm mesh size.
• Connections: Crossbars and columns are connected using precision-cast alloy cross fasteners. The soft net is secured between the crossbars and columns via robust steel wire ropes.

2. Court Gates

• Material: Aluminum columns and grilles serve as the main body, framed with high-strength aluminum profiles.
• Dimensions: Clearance height of 2330mm and clearance width of 1400mm.
• Quantity: 2 gates.

3. Light Poles

• Material: The lower section of all light poles and corner columns use φ114 x 3.5mm galvanized pipes.
• Total Height: 7 meters.

5. Steel Truss System

• Structure: The main body features Φ32 x 2.0mm cross-welded steel pipes. Welded sleeves on both sides fit securely over the support columns to reinforce the cage’s overall rigidity and support the top netting.

6. Top Soft Netting

• Specs: 2.0mm diameter PE white knotted woven netting with a 150 x 150mm mesh size.
