1. Main Frame Specifications

• Material: High-quality national standard steel (Q235) featuring a galvanized protective layer and pure polyester powder coating.
• Dimensions: Total ground fence height is 4000mm, embedded depth is 400mm, and total column height is 4400mm.
• Columns: φ76 x 3.0mm.
• Crossbars: φ60 x 2.5mm. Each side of the fence utilizes three φ60 x 2.5mm galvanized steel crossbars. The topmost diagonal column rails are fitted with φ40 x 2.0mm galvanized pipes.
• Truss Support Columns: Constructed from φ114 x 3.5mm and φ76 x 3.0mm galvanized pipes. The truss height from the ground is 5 meters.
• Structure: The lower 2 meters consist of wave mesh, while the upper 2 meters feature a UHS-1008 precision-cast alloy cross fastener assembled fence.
• Post Spacing: 2.5m.
• Installation Method: Direct insertion embedding.
• Color Options: Dark Green or Apple Green.

1.1 Lower Section: 2m Wave Mesh Specifications

• Process: Galvanized pipe treatment with a pure polyester outdoor powder coating surface for double rust protection.
• Material: Wave mesh assembled within a steel frame. The wave mesh wire diameter is 6mm, with a mesh size of 60 x 120mm (±3mm).
• Connection: Utilizes a new N-shaped ear connection, ensuring structural stability, easy installation, and strong impact resistance.

1.2 Upper Section: 2m UHS-1008 Precision-Cast Alloy Cross Fastener Assembled Fence

• Process: Galvanized pipe treatment with a pure polyester outdoor powder coating surface for double rust protection.
• Fasteners: Uses cast aluminum fasteners installed in a front-and-back combination to connect the steel pipes. The fastener consists of two symmetrical arc-shaped covers featuring arc grooves, double reinforcing ribs, and an integrated diamond-shaped boss on the inner surface. This tightly secures the crossbar without rotation, ensuring easy installation and adjustment. Fastener wall thickness is 3.0mm.
• Fence Wire Diameter: 2.3 / 3.6 / 45mm.
• Flat Aluminum Profile: 20mm (W) x 4mm (Thickness).

2. Court Gates

• Material & Dimensions: Features aluminum columns and grilles as the main body, framed with high-strength aluminum profiles. The gate clearance height is 2330mm and clearance width is 1400mm.
• Quantity: 2 gates.

3. Light Poles

• Specifications: The lower section of all light poles and corner columns use φ114 x 3.5mm galvanized pipes. The total pole height is 6 to 8 meters.

5. Steel Truss System

• Structure: The main body features Φ32 x 2.0mm cross-welded steel pipes. Welded sleeves on both left and right sides fit securely over the support columns to reinforce the overall cage rigidity and provide support for the top netting.
• Dimensions & Quantity: The truss height from the ground is 5 meters. Quantity is 3 sets.

6. Top Soft Netting

• Specifications: Uses 2.0mm diameter PE white knotted woven netting with a 150 x 150mm mesh size.

7. Soccer Goals

• Dimensions: Inner clearance is 2m (H) x 3m (W) x 1.5m (D).
• Material: The front sides and top goalposts use ∅76 x 3.0mm galvanized steel pipes. The rear brackets use ∅48 x 2.0mm galvanized steel pipes.
• Netting & Quantity: Equipped with a white PE net (3mm wire diameter, 100 x 100mm mesh size). Quantity is 2 sets.
